Structure and Texture

This freehand head tattoo was completed over two sessions. The first hour was spent sketching directly on the skin using markers — no stencil. The remaining time focused on precision work to apply the final design. Since lettering tattoos on the head require care and healing time, the sessions were split to respect the client’s comfort.

The piece is a custom head tattoo design, using fine line lettering tattoo techniques and hand-drawn textures. Every detail was shaped to match the skull’s curve, ensuring clean anatomical tattoo placement.
