“Schiava”

This freehand lettering tattoo was done in two sessions, placed horizontally across the stomach. Drawn directly on the skin with markers — a true lettering tattoo without stencil — the word “Schiava” was shaped to follow the body’s curve.

First, artist mapped out the stomach script tattoo using light and mid-tones. Then, in session two, finished the piece with solid black lines and black and grey lettering tattoo shading for depth and flow.

This custom script tattoo is both anatomical and personal — a bold, emotional script tattoo that fits the body and says exactly what it means.
