Tattoo of a Rose protected by a Horseshoe

This tattoo is a patch for a client who already had some pieces on his chest and was looking for something to fit in that area almost below the shoulder, with the idea of wearing something with the same style in black and gray and with a delicate touch.

The idea was to create a rose with something that embraced the flower like a shield, a symbol of protection. A horseshoe was chosen to represent superstition, playing with the blend of the delicacy of a rose in full bloom and the strength of a horseshoe.

The treatment of this tattoo is very soft and elegant, and the composition is very balanced and fits well both in the area and in the other tattoos already present.
