Demonic Face in Negative on the back

This tattoo, which covers the entire back and descends to the buttocks, features a stylized demonic face. It was developed in negative, creating the impression of a breathing tattoo that fills the entire back without giving the impression of being overly detailed, leaving plenty of white space. The decision to elaborate on this project arose from the client’s need to complete the project in as few sessions as possible and avoid excessive skin damage. The project was completed in just a few weeks, thus minimizing the client’s suffering.

On the nape of the neck, a very dark, black pattern was necessarily chosen because it had to be covered, a cover for an old tattoo. To give harmony to the surrounding piece, very dark tribal-inspired ornaments were chosen that contrast well with the face, which has largely been left uninked.

The result is a high-quality piece that is easy to read from a distance, a very important element when getting a tattoo and to ensure that it lasts well over time.
